5/5 Stars! I just had the most incredible BBQ experience at Mar del plata BBQ. The flavors, the quality, the service - everything was top-notch! I ordered the STEAK sandwich and the ribs, and oh man... the meat was so tender and juicy, it just fell off the bone! The BBQ sauce (chimichurri and criolla) where amazing The staff and owner Federico were super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was fun and laid-back. You can tell they're passionate about their BBQ, and it shows in every detail. If you're a BBQ lover like me, do NOT miss MARDELPLATABBQ! I have been to a bunch of food trucks, but these Argentinian wizards have truly cultivated a menu that makes you almost want to go there 7 days a week. I cannot explain how good this meat is, I personally fell in love with the ‘Milanesa Napolitana’, which I have now had multiple times. It just feels like healthy high quality meat but absolutely delicious. Bravo!

THE BEST FOOD IN HAWAII!! Get the sandwich and your mouth will truly thank you. Even our 1and 3 year old loved it was so good my husband went back and ordered a second one. For reference, he is VERY picky about steak (he’s a chef). His literal woods “these needs to be at Disneyland” 100000000/100000

My spouse grew up eating Argentinian food, and she said Mar del Plata makes the best milanesa she's had in a very long time, and the chimichurri sauce was fresh and on point, 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The absolute best food I’ve had in Waikiki. Completely underrated. Super tender, thick slabs of steak on a bun with the perfect seasoning. I loved it so much I got 2 sandwich de Vacio. My Kids kept eating it as well! Please do yourself a favor and eat here. You will absolutely have no regrets.
