Magnolia Dining Facility, Bldg 7409, located at 216 Ploesti Dr, Biloxi, MS 39534, United States, offers the practical setting of a military dining facility with a level of personal service that gives the space a more welcoming feel than might be expected from a typical DFAC. The food follows the familiar straightforward style associated with military dining, with options such as burgers from the fast line, sandwiches, salads, and convenient snacks providing a range of choices for different appetites. One of the most noticeable parts of the experience is the staff interaction. Service can feel surprisingly personal, with employees making an effort to recognize diners, address them by name, and offer friendly words during the meal. The facility also operates with an unusually attentive approach to table service for this type of dining hall. Diners still collect their own meals, but staff members may clear trays, remove trash, and handle cleanup afterward, making the overall experience more relaxed. The atmosphere is another strong part of Magnolia Dining Facility, particularly for anyone looking for a comfortable place to sit with others and talk between daily responsibilities. The dining room can serve as an informal gathering point where conversations about military life happen naturally over a meal. While some menu areas may be more consistent than others, with salads occasionally leaving room for improvement and certain sandwich ingredients not always available, the overall food selection remains functional and familiar. The burger line and snack options add convenient alternatives when a quick meal is preferred, while the friendly service helps distinguish the facility from a purely utilitarian cafeteria. With staff members regularly offering attentive assistance and keeping the dining area clear of used trays, the setting allows diners to spend more time eating, talking, and taking a break from the structure of the surrounding workday.

Keesler has some of the best food of any chow hall at any Air Force Base and Magnolia is the best of those. There's a few reasons for that but especially the hours and actually being open. The food changes every meal in the main line and generally has good options. There are times where it is a miss but it hits the mark most of the time. The prices are also excellent. There are a few negatives that keep it from being a 5. Like cheap silverware, terrible plasticware, and poor drinks. The biggest downside are weird DFAC rules like limiting how much food you can get arbitrarily and shutting down early if there's a lack of customers. I would be remiss to not talk about the staff. Most do an acceptable job but the ladies at the registers are the nicest cashiers you'll meet. They remember most everyone coming through and I had some wonderful chats with them.

They don’t close at 730; I’d estimate probably 6:30/6:45. Lights were off at 7. Also, bring cash their systems are down more often than not. You come at 530 there will be a line and it’ll be processed slowly. Come too late at 7pm and they’ll be closed lol Fly, flight, win!

much better than the other two dining facilities. workers are friendly and food actually tastes like they care about what it will taste like. water tastes good also. the other two facilities have water that tastes like it went through some dirty pipes before it get to the dispenser.

Usually the best place to eat for lunch. Alot of Airman are unwilling to walk the additional 3 minutes to cut out the 20 the spend in line at Azalea but more and more are figuring out how to think

Food is defac food. Can't complaign too much. The atmosphere is good though. It really is a nice place to sit down with people and chat about military life. I don't see many mtis around so that's another plus. Lunch lady was nice and her makeup reminded me that I'm able to be apart of the civilian world... Though a little outurous she wished me a great night. No need to throw away your tray because there are also workers who pick up behind. Its pretty awesome. Love the snacks but the salads need a little work. And the sandwhich line never has ham .. whats up with that?

On the fast line where the burgers are served there is an employee that goes out of his way every time to make you feel special by call you by your name. Not really an experience I would have expected but greatly appreciate the customer service.

Good dining facility. First time I've ever been waited on in a galley/dfac but it's the Air Force. You still get your own food but you don't even clean your own table or throw away your own trash! Not that I think it's bad, just jealous!
