This is an unassuming food truck that serves up some very tasty food. I ordered the lomo saltado and it was flavorful, and a good sized portion. Also got a cookie at the end and it was also really good. Save some money and time and check this place out.

This food truck is ran by a husband and wife. They are very friendly and cater to your needs as much they can. We love all the food! Our favorite dishes are the llomo and pollo saltado! Their arroz Chaufa is delicious. Must try the soup aguadito de pollo is great for cold day! Must try this spot they are open late too!

I loved the food ! I wish someone mentioned the 1 hour standard wait time for food before I went with my family and sat down. Order ahead if you can and have them text you when the food is ready. The food is incredible but it’s a minimum of an hour wait time. We have fried seafood, it was amazing. I have always wanted to try this place. I truely wish someone would have just told just upon ordering and sitting down, that it would be over an hour.

Salt and Paper is hands down one of the best food trucks in Bradenton. The service is always friendly and fast, and the food never disappoints. I always order the steak, shrimp, and rice—it’s packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and portions are generous. You can really tell they put care into every plate. If you’re looking for a local spot that consistently delivers great food and great vibes, this is it. Highly recommend!

The shrimp ceviche has me in a chokehold and their seafood fried rice omg haven’t had Chinese since I started eating here! 10/10 highly recommended

I’ve tried ceviche from all over town, and this spot is hands-down the best. I order from them through Uber Eats about once a week, and every time the quality is consistently great — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I expect. The portion sizes are generous, and the price is surprisingly reasonable compared to other places. You really get excellent value for your money here. If you’re a ceviche lover, this place is a must-try.

Great food, super good menu, great Peruvian flavor! Very good portions!! And super good prices The service is nice, fast, and friendly, they even have chicha and desserts! They open until very late at night!!!!!
