Santorini By Georgios, located at 4 W Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, brings a lively Greek-inspired dining experience to one of the city’s most energetic waterfront areas. The restaurant offers indoor, outdoor, and riverside seating, creating different settings for everything from a relaxed lunch to a large group dinner. The atmosphere can become especially animated in the evening, with entertainment such as belly dancers and fire dancers adding to the Mediterranean character of the space. Food is designed well for sharing, and the portions are notably generous. The menu includes a broad selection of dishes associated with Greek and Mediterranean cooking, with options such as Muhammara, Fattoush salad, Keftedes, dip platters, moussaka, grilled chicken, steak, and roasted lamb. The grilled meats stand out for their charred exterior and robust flavor, while the lamb is prepared with a rich, savory character that makes it particularly memorable. For a lighter start, dips and salads provide an easy way for the table to sample several flavors before moving into the larger plates. Dessert choices add another layer to the meal, including orange cake, chocolate cake, fresh fruit, and a custard-filled filo pastry. During the daytime, the riverside setting lends itself to a slower meal, with dishes such as moussaka and small plates pairing naturally with drinks while overlooking the Riverwalk. Despite the restaurant drawing busy crowds, service is described as attentive and capable of handling both packed dining periods and larger parties. The combination of substantial portions and shareable selections also makes Santorini By Georgios practical for celebrations and group occasions, where several dishes can be placed at the center of the table. Its Las Olas location builds on the restaurant’s South Beach roots while introducing a waterfront Fort Lauderdale setting with an energetic dining room, open-air seating, Mediterranean flavors, and live entertainment woven into the experience.

What a hidden gem! This was our first time dining at Santorini by Georgios, and we already can’t wait to come back! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is stunning yet relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful meal with family, friends, or even a date night. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel rushed—you just want to sit back, enjoy the ambiance, and savor every moment. A very special thank you to our server, Peyton! She was truly exceptional. She greeted us with the biggest smile, was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our entire meal, and made our first visit feel so special. Her genuine hospitality and positive energy elevated an already amazing experience. She is an absolute gem and a huge reason we’ll be returning. If you’re looking for incredible Greek food, beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and an overall unforgettable dining experience, Santorini by Georgios is a must-visit. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

We booked our reservations outdoor on the patio and were seated immediately. There was subtle Mediterranean house music playing and lots of fans blowing to keep us cool in the heat. Our server, Peyton, was super fun and made the experience amazing. I went to order the cocktail that came in a coconut but I guess they didn't have that one or the pineapple in stock that day. I got a frozen daiquiri instead and it was perfect. My sister got her favorite drink - the Hugo and was excited to have it. All the other cocktails came out amazing and when we asked for a super dirty martini they did not dissapoint. We got the dip platter, zucchini chips, dolmades, fried halloumi, and crispy calamari for apps. Everything came out super fast and loved trying each one. I really enjoyed the dip platter and the diversity of it. The saganaki was a bit dissapointing though because we could taste the vodka that didn't cook off after lighting it on fire with every bite and was not very appetizing to eat. We were mostly full but still ordered entrees after all of those apps and they were still amazing. We were celebrating a birthday that night and our server managed to get us a free dessert and popped a candle on it for us to sing to her. Peyton went above and beyond for us and we were actually shocked when she told us it was her first night on the job. She did amazing!! Would love to come here again as the whole experience was super fun!

Santorini by Georgios served the best Greek food I’ve ever had—even better than some of the meals I enjoyed in Greece. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor, and the live belly dancer with the fire show made for a fun, energetic atmosphere that really elevated the evening. My only criticism is that I wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner. Even so, the incredible food and entertainment make it well worth a visit.

I chose Santorini by Georgios for my bridal shower, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. As someone who works in the event industry, I’m incredibly particular when it comes to service, food, and overall experience—and this place exceeded every expectation. Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was so accommodating, responsive, and made the entire planning process effortless. The restaurant itself is stunning—the décor was exactly my aesthetic, and every detail created the most beautiful atmosphere. And the food? Absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Everyone was so impressed by the ambiance, the service, and the overall experience. It truly made my bridal shower unforgettable. Santorini by Georgios is unmatched, and I already can’t wait to find another reason to host an event here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional hospitality.

Our favorite Greek restaurant, Santorini, and our favorite restaurateur, Giorgio, have moved to Fort Lauderdale, and of course we had to come and try the new location! Here are our findings: They have significantly increased their seating capacity, easily accommodating more than double the number of guests compared to their previous location. The beautiful waterfront setting is well worth the approximately 35-minute drive from Downtown Miami. The best part? The food is still their signature Santorini cuisine, but somehow it tastes even better than before, including their former South Beach location. • The assorted dips were outstanding, fresh, and packed with flavor. • The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and beautifully seasoned. • The chicken kebab was spectacular, beautifully presented, juicy, and grilled to perfection. • The meat kebab was equally impressive, with excellent presentation and succulent, perfectly grilled meat. A special congratulations to Giorgio, an amazing and friendly owner who genuinely loves his customers and makes everyone feel welcome. His passion for hospitality shines through in every detail of the dining experience. Santorini Fort Lauderdale is a wonderful addition to the waterfront dining scene, and we look forward to many more visits. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a refreshing lunch! They’ve added a few things to their classic South Beach menu. We started with Muhammara, Fattoush salad and Keftedes. Sipping a bottle of Prosecco enjoying the day on the river walk. For the main we had a moussaka. Rob was our server and did an excellent job. There are many other things that I’d love to try so we will be back soon.

Yall. If you liked Santorini by Georgios on South Beach, you’re going to LOVE their new space in FTL. It’s right on Las Olas and is an ABSOLUTE vibe. The place was SLAMMED and we still got phenomenal service from their staff. The food was absolutely amazing and we left STUFFED. Their portions are huge and you’ll definitely leave with leftovers. Not sure how often they have their live shows, but we were there Saturday night and they had a fire dancer and it was awesome! Highly recommend this space for any event. And they’re currently in the process of finalizing plans with the city so you can pull up on your boat too!

We had an amazing time! I highly reccomend ! We were a big group and the food was delicious and great for sharing! We sat inside but they have seats on the river , outside and inside, I felt like I was in Greece with the belly and fire dancer’s and the authentic food! It was so good we forgot to take pictures of most but we had the dip platter, the steak and chicken grills , the char on the steak was fabulous. Then the roasted lamb which was to die for , you can’t get good lamb in US but they have managed to make it so flavourful. Even though we were stuffed, we still ordered dessert with fruit , orange cake , chocolate cake and this custard filo pastry . I will be back! Thank you so much for the best evening!! Efcharisto!!
