Everything we had was delicious--boudin balls, fries, and the chicken sandwich. The portion sizes are huge, so you will have leftovers. The food is definitely made with care. Worth the drive from the west side of Galveston.

Hands down the best tasting food truck I’ve ever eaten at. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. The portions are HUGE!!! The food was beyond great and chef was also able to educate me on some of the healthy benefits of the food on the truck.

First time here and I see other orders coming out and you cant close the lid! (That's a good thing!) I ordered the rattlesnake burger and it was a beast! Great food, excellent service, the owner has come out twice while I'm typing this and eating to make sure everything is ok and let us try his new sauce. Highly recommend

WOW!!! I could spend the next twenty minutes telling you how amazing the food is from here, but you honestly have to try it for yourself. Everything is fresh, prepared from scratch, and the portions are fit for a king. My only regret is I didn't get the name of the gentleman who runs this place — what a kind, talented and humble human being. Five stars does not do my experience justice!!

Amazing food, out of this world portion sizes, and staffed by friendly people? My only regret is waiting so long to try them out. I tried the Loaded Fries with fried chicken and it was the best thing I've eaten in a long time.

John is fantastic! The food is fantastic! Our family of 4 got 3 hamburgers and they were massive and over the top delicious! This man really knows his food and only uses the best ingredients he can find. John’s cooking really is 5 star! We loved everything on our plates and the personal attention John showed each of us. WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE! Thanks John!

This is the most food I have ever seen. The picture doesn't even get close conveying how impressive this meal is. This burger is massive and it's sitting on what seems like at least 3 lbs of fries.
