Dptms Snrc, located at 1011 Chaffee Rd, Fort Bliss, TX 79916, United States, appears to function more as an Internet café and computer-access facility than a traditional restaurant. The space provides computers for visitors who need to get online, complete digital tasks, or use printing services while at Fort Bliss. Access can be straightforward, with visitors generally able to walk in, find an available computer, and begin working without going through an extensive check-in process. One of the more useful features is the availability of three large printers capable of producing full-color documents quickly and without a printing charge, making the facility practical for paperwork and other tasks requiring physical copies. Internet performance can also be notably fast once a computer is successfully connected. However, the experience may vary depending on equipment availability and technical conditions. Logging in with a CAC can sometimes take extra effort, and certain computers may be temporarily inoperable, which can create waits when the facility is busy. Some online services and applications may also be difficult to access, while browser responsiveness can occasionally slow down otherwise simple tasks. These issues can make a short computer session take longer than expected, particularly when multiple people need access at the same time. Even with those limitations, the facility provides an important option for people who do not have convenient access to another computer, printer, or reliable internet connection. The combination of laptops or computer stations, fast connectivity when systems are functioning properly, and free color printing gives Dptms Snrc a clear practical purpose. Its setting at Building 1011 makes it especially relevant for the Fort Bliss community, with the day-to-day experience shaped largely by computer availability, login reliability, network access, and how many people are using the facility at a given time.

Had trouble signing in on several computers. Once signed in, internet was extremely fast considering normal army computers. Also has 3 large printers which print for free, in full color, very quickly

Half the computers won't work for you. Some are just not working, others will never validate your credentials. Once you do get on, even running programs like Excel or Word is a very show process. They only have IE and edge installed, so if you need an HTML5 compatible browser keep that in mind. Also due to security restrictions in the browser, some sites will not work, or only work sometimes. Even getting a Google search is an achievement. It is also a little awkward getting anything you print. Printers are in a sperate area, so you either leave an open computer (and CAC) to go get the print, or log out and hope your print came out as expected.

Great internet Café open all day and almost all night. They have regular GOV computers and ARNet laptops here so that it supports Active and Reserve units. However you have to have some finesse with a few of the staff. We had an old ex-1SG there that was pretty helpful, but another civilian was pretty rude. When the civilian worker was addressed he became very rude and defensive, to the point we decided to just leave and use our CO hotspots rather then stay.

If you need to print out a exception to policy to explain why you don't need extreme cold weather gear for your trip to Guam, or just want to click through 20 hours of training in 10 or 15 minutes this is the place to do it. It is such a depressing stop on your journey through life that you will look forward to flying somewhere that everyone wants to kill you. 5 stars would refer to someone I hate.

First time going to the Internet Café located at bldg. 1011. Just walk in and sit at a laptop, no sign-in sheet and I didn't have to wait. Initial issues logging in with CaC, but not a deal breaker. Issues with navigating AKO and never could access web mail. Explorer would stop responding, couldn't bring up task manager to close application in hopes of restarting it. Took way longer than needed to accomplish something that didn't require that much time. I'd go back if I had no other options.

Good spot to do work.. no time limit, free printing and lots of computers to choose from. Only down fall at times, is the internet will be slow but it rarely happens to me at least

While I appreciate having a place to log on and have computer access it is sometimes very difficult to gain access to the internet or multiple computers are inoperable with many users waiting to log on. Great idea but just needs a better plan.
