Overview

Gochu Korean Tacos, located at 4650 Dyer Blvd in Riviera Beach, Florida, brings Korean flavors into a taco-focused format with a combination of bold seasoning, fresh ingredients, carefully chosen garnishes, and distinctive sauces. The tacos are a central attraction, with options such as beef bulgogi, gochu chicken, and spicy pork showing how Korean-inspired fillings can work naturally inside a familiar handheld meal. Each taco is assembled with attention to its toppings, allowing different textures, sauces, and seasonings to contribute rather than simply relying on heat. The gochu chicken tacos stand out for their full-bodied flavor, while beef bulgogi offers another popular direction for anyone interested in the Korean side of the menu. Beyond tacos, kimchi fried rice adds a satisfying option with enough seasoning to hold its own, and it can be paired with the green salsa for a brighter, zestier accent. Diners who enjoy stronger spice may be drawn toward the red salsa, which delivers noticeable heat while maintaining a developed flavor rather than functioning as a straightforward hot sauce. Kimchi also plays an important role in the food, complementing the richer meats and reinforcing the Korean character of the menu. Spicy pork platters, bowls, and burritos broaden the selection for those who want the same flavor profile in a different format. Freshness and careful preparation are recurring qualities across the dishes, particularly in the garnishes and balanced use of sauces. Even dessert gets attention here, with the cookie providing a rich, indulgent contrast after the savory and spicy choices. Gochu Korean Tacos presents its fusion concept through combinations that feel thoughtfully assembled, moving between smoky or savory meats, fermented notes from kimchi, lively salsa, seasoned rice, and the contrasting textures packed into each taco.

My partner & I had a short stay in Westpalm & came upon this food truck. We were undecided browsing for food reasonably priced & quick yet, not exactly craving fast food. And we weren't in the mood to sit, waiting inside any crowded restaurants either. Our stop at Gochu was totally worth it. My guy devoured his beef burritos. As for me, the owner was thoughtful enough to whip me up this delicious vege' rice bowl "because I don't eat meat" but, let me reassure you, it all tasted yummy with the sauces. It was also our first time trying Jarritos!! Whilst we sat at the bench on our phones, our food was prepped in like 15-20mins. If we ever are in the area again, we'd like to try other stuff on the menu for sure!

Outstanding food and service; great job, Penny. The area my seem a little odd for a food truck, but the bulgogi is 100% worth it. And yes, the spicy pork IS spicy :)

Super cute Korean/Mexican fusion taco truck with great food and a kind owner. Try the matcha green tea cookie - she bakes them from scratch and they taste amazing. This isn't a weird soulless ghost kitchen owned by some out-of-state company - so don't hesitate to get it delivered if you can't make it to the truck.

Perfect. Everything was perfect. The kimchi, perfect. The beef bulgogi tacos, perfect. The spicy pork platter & gochu chicken, delicious. One very insignificant complaint…only open Tuesday to Saturday evenings. But when you’re making food this good, you need a two-day break to source great food & ingredients. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Almost didn’t want to share this place with anyone. But it’s too good to keep a secret.

I feel I just found a precious gem that should be highlighted. I had three different tacos professionally garnished and made with skill and passion. The thought of every single garnishment added to each taco created a culinary profile that I have never experienced before. I was born and raised in Mexico and I have had dozens of different styles of tacos, these tacos deserve category of its own. Quality and freshness of the food rivaling the freshness of the food I grew up loving. The unique Fusion Korean cuisine created festive experience to my palate. The Red salsa have had everything you can imagine (from a highly enthusiast a spicy food), the salsa contained incredible spice but a beautiful flavor, not just hot sauce. Now the rice wow Flawless execution once again, Penny (the chef), recommended to use the green salsa to accompany the rice, this zesty not spicy sauce was music to my palate. For that thank you penny I don't think I'll be able to eat the style Korean rice without craving the green salsa. Finally, the cookie, OMG! This cookie could be its own menu as a single item sold and people would be lining up the streets. A true Indulgence in every sense of the word. I frequent many places I rarely leave a review. But not leaving one would be a criminal offense. I can't wait to try the burritos and the bowls. Will be back soon.

This is gonna be a long one so to sum it up : this place is delicious I was ordering Uber eats to my hotel and my usual place had just closed so I found this food truck under my “healthy” tab suggestions I had never heard of gochujang and after a quick google search was intrigued because I do love spicy food! I decided to look at the reviews before ordering since it is a new place for me and the reviews were great! All but one… lol so I would like to address *that* comment by saying I do not eat a ton of Korean food but to say this food is tasteless is abbbbbsolutely a stretch! I ordered the 3 Gochu Chicken tacos and the kimchi fried rice and they are delicious! So flavorful and well prepared. I’m from South Ga and am big on my seasoning and sauces (lol) & I must say as someone who puts sauce on literally everything, the rice didn’t even need it! Maybe next time I’ll see about a side of kimchi just to add to it but it truly is so good If you’re considering trying this food, please do!
