I had a strawberry banana protein Shake was delicious, also had the strawberry banana waffle was really good. Server was very nice. Recommend 100% after a good workout, in my case after running 5 miles was very pleased to have this place.

Found this place a year ago. They are very warm welcoming and have a positive atmosphere . It is a very family friendly environment. I came in for a Protein Shake , chose the Strawberry Cheesecake and it was delicious. Would recommend to anyone trying to be a little more health conscious or just looking for a healthy snack .

This place is amazing. It is not just a clean place with healthy food to eat but a place that will help you increase your overall health. I had their protein waffle made with egg whites and protein supplement power added with fresh fruit and honey toppings and it was so delicious. I will have it again in the future. They also have shakes, teas, and other items can be enhanced with healthy additives. They may even offer health supplements products for purchase also. You got to try this hidden gem in Richardson. Also their white marble styled concrete floors are a treat for the eyes.

I’ve been here about 40 times and all those times not one complaint. I will admit I have came near closing time and they didn’t mind staying open a bit longer. While I sat and ate my fluffy waffle and my delicious shake.

Awesome people. I ran in there one time. It was my first time inside. They treated me as if I come in there all the time. Helpful and friendly people. Go in there and you won't go in another place like it. In fact it will be the only place I will go.

This is my extended family environment so friendly and motivating and have great tasting shakes and teas to help me with my goals. Definitely recommend!!
