We had a wonderful experience tonight, and I would especially like to thank Safa “Natalie” for her outstanding service. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire evening. She made sure all our needs were met promptly and with a warm smile. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We came back again the following week, and this time Firas was taking care of our table. He was also extremely professional, kind, and efficient, and made sure every one of our requests was handled perfectly. The service from both of them was absolutely outstanding, and they truly made both of our visits so special. Thank you, Safa and Firas, for your amazing hospitality and excellent service. It was truly an excellent experience.

I recently visited Caramella Cafe with a group of friends, and it turned out to be a really great experience. The cafe is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot to relax and spend quality time with friends. They offer a wide variety of items on the menu, so there’s something for everyone. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, which was genuinely good and satisfying. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to meet up, enjoy good food, and have great conversations. I would definitely recommend Caramella Cafe and will be coming back again!

Came by Carmella Cafe and honestly had a great time. The staff really pay attention to the small details, you don’t have to ask twice for anything which I appreciate. Got the tawooq sandwich, it was super good, and the manakeesh came out fresh straight from the oven. You can tell it’s made right there. Also tried the mango smoothie, definitely a must try. The place is spacious too, good if you just want to sit, chill, and enjoy some hookah vibes. I’ll for sure be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Caramela Restaurant! The breakfast was amazing—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to start the day. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Caramella cafe is a Fabulous restaurant and hookah place in Countryside, Potomac Falls. We had their Amazing Zataar bread, freshly made and hot, delicious hummus Lehme (hummus, chick peas, spiced beef, and roasted nuts over a baked in crunch). We also enjoyed their mint tea to warm us up. Great ambiance to enjoy lounging with your friends. Friendly staff. Definitely will visit often. Highly recommend.

Came here for the Egypt vs New Zealand game with my cousin, so much hospitality even with every table taken they made it work for us so we could have the great experience we did! The tea was great and so fresh, you cannot have hookah without it. We had manakish that did not disappoint and after we had some lamb that was so so tender it just fell apart and was delicious. What a great experience, thank you for having us. We will be back!

The place is beautiful, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mohamed, the manager, for being so welcoming and professional—it really made a difference. I even took some photos because I loved the place so much. Definitely coming back again!

We had such an amazing night! The dinner party atmosphere was incredible, and the singer, Fadi Jano, truly made the evening unforgettable. The music, energy, and family-friendly vibes were perfect — honestly worth flying in for anytime! The restaurant service was also outstanding, and everything came together to create such a fun and memorable night out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, entertainment, and an amazing atmosphere!
